    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity. I rise pursuant to the Standing Order No.53 (1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Roads, Transportation and Housing concerning the current construction status for the County Executive Office Block and the residence of the Speaker of the County Assembly in Turkana. In the statement, the committee should- (1) Provide an update on the construction progress of the County Executive Office Block and the residence of the Speaker of the County Assembly of Turkana. (2) Disclose details of the tender opening and evaluation process for both projects, stating the number of bids received, the amount of the winning bid, and the identities of the companies awarded the contract. (3) State the contractual commencement and completion dates for these projects, stating reasons for the diversion and delays from the initial timeline. (4) Outline measures being implemented to ensure the timely completion of these projects. Mr. Speaker, I have a second Statement. May I continue?"
