    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT Clause 42 of the Bill be amended— (a) by re -numbering the existing sub-clause (6) as sub-clause (2); (b) in the re-numbered sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “the specific geographical” appearing immediately after the words “under subsection (1),” and substituting therefore the words “a comprehensive description of boundaries with adequately enlarged scaled map”. The rationale is that this is an amendment to ensure that we have all comprehensive descriptions of the boundary as possible. I urge members to support the amendment."
