    "content": "Yes. I have put an intervention, Mr. Chairman, Sir. I do not know if the farmers agreed with this Bill during the public participation because this is retrogressive. The farmer should be free to sell their cane where they wish. Otherwise, a miller might take your cane and then they do not pay you. What happens? Therefore, I think we need to oppose this amendment."
