    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT clause 60 of the Bill be amended in subclause (2) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (k) - (ka) the procedure for election of farmers and millers’ representatives to the Board and the pricing committee. Mr. Chairman, Sir, the rationale behind this is that the regulations governing the appointment of the board members are regulated in the Bill. Therefore, it needs to be put in such a way that the operationalization will be without any hiccups. Thank you."
