    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am just seeking your guidance in view of your ruling and the previous ruling by the Chair, compelling the Minister for Finance in 2007, to form the Privatization Commission. There is no law that allowed the Chair to do that. Those two rulings appear to be contradictory. The earlier ruling seems to set out the separation of powers where Parliament has a duty to ensure public interest is safeguarded without regard to what the Executive is doing, but safeguarding public interest. Could you give your guidance after looking at the earlier"
