    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I wish to congratulate Hon. Owen for bringing this Bill which I support but with a few amendments. The principal object of this Bill is to amend the NLC Act (No.5 of 2012) to confer back to the NLC the power to continue reviewing all grants or disposition of public land, to establish their propriety and legality since Section 14 of the Principal Act has since elapsed."
