Owen Baya, for bringing this very important legislative proposal that cuts across the whole country, particularly on land matters. People who come from the Rift Valley Region have had this problem since Independence. The NLC was created by the Constitution of Kenya 2010 to address public land matters. We thought it would bring a lot of changes."
