"content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I take this opportunity on behalf of the Senate of the Republic of Kenya to welcome the visiting delegation from the Parliament of Malawi who are here on a study tour. This is a continued tradition of great relations between the nations of Kenya and Malawi, which is growing deeper. We are integrating on many aspects; not only in our democratic practices, but even in our trade relations. I do hope that the Members will have a full undertaking of all the practices of the Kenyan Parliament. We look forward ‘to revenge’ their visit, as they stay in Kenya. You have said that they have come with the Opposition Leader. I can see the Kenyan Opposition Leader, Sen. Madzayo, who is walking into the Chamber right now. Sen. Madzayo can perhaps give them a better view of this country. Mr. Speaker, Sir, you can send the Opposition Leader in the Senate, Sen. Madzayo and the Leader of Government’s business in this House, yours truly, on a three or four working days tour to Lilongwe during our next recess so that we can interact even better with the Members. Otherwise, I appreciate and welcome them. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
