    "content": "Most of the floods are happening around riparian areas where buildings have diverted rivers. Nature is unforgiving. If you build on riparian land and a waterway, the moment it rains, even after 20, 70 years those waters will come. If it is objected on the way, it will always bring a disaster like what happened in Dubai. Madam Temporary Speaker, I call upon all Kenyans to be careful, especially during the rainy season.
