    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this particular vehicle, I agree with the Questioner, was spotted after having been hijacked. They went all the way to Ong’er Market on 18th October, 2011 where they robbed a shop owner. The police officers followed this vehicle and arrested the driver of the vehicle. He is called Bernard Ochieng Olang, a 22 year old man from Oruba area. The same driver was charged in court with robbery with violence. The case number is 663/115/2011 and it is Court Case No.253/2011."
