    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Speaker for giving me an opportunity to contribute and add my voice to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (Amendment) Bill. This Bill is long overdue. It should have been brought earlier because of the situation in the country where some constituencies and wards are not represented because they have not been given an opportunity to conduct by-elections.
