    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I mentioned here that the same vehicle which belongs to APC, Ismael Abdi, was carjacked on the same day. His driver was arrested by the local people in Wath Ong’er when they went there to steal. They were followed all the way to Ndhiwa, in fact, Lwanda. That is where they were arrested. After the driver had been arrested, the police in Ndhiwa transferred his case to Migori Courts. That is where he was charged with the offence of robbery with violence. Cases of stock theft are a worrying trend. There are those who steal or make arrangements with locals who trade in livestock. Some of these thieves come from Kuria."
