    "content": "Let me start with the Development Expenditure. If we are going to give quality education, we should support the Minister to ask for adequate funds that would bring on board the Early Childhood Education Programme to primary schools as well. We need to address that. Internationally, that is a recognized factor and we do not need to belabour that. The Minister should request and allocate adequate finances for that programme."
