    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the other issue that is worrying, although we congratulate the Government through the Ministry of Education for the free primary education, is the delay in getting those finances to our schools. Last year we toured the whole country. This year both primary and secondary schools have not received what they should have received to manage their affairs. We urge the able Minister to do everything possible to get those funds to schools on time in order for our schools to be able to implement the curriculum and other programmes necessary for quality education."
