"content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me an opportunity to speak. First of all, I want to join my colleagues in thanking the Ministers involved in education for the wonderful work that they have done. I also want to extend my gratitude to the Permanent Secretaries in the relevant Ministries â Prof. Karega and Prof. Kiamba - for the wonderful job they are doing. I am sure that without you and your officers, the Ministries could not be doing the good work that they have done. The credit goes to you and we are very grateful in this country for having the kind of officers that are serving in the Ministry of Education."
