"content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for that opportunity. The Ministries have done very well. However, there are a few issues that I would like to point out. One is the issue of the feeding programme that has just been mentioned. In my constituency, you only need to cross the road to Laikipia where children are getting the school feeding programme. There is no feeding programme in my constituency and yet, it has the same climatic condition as the area across the road. From a very early point, the child is able to see that we have two or three categories of people who are being brought up in this country. On the issue of hardship allowance, the situation is the same. Across the road, we have teachers earning hardship allowance while there is no hardship allowance in my constituency. The conditions in both areas are the same, but no reason has been advanced for that.
