    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I rise to second this Motion. As the Member for Bumula has said, this is not only a political issue but also a moral one. Sometimes, in this House, we get to levels where we compete on political affiliations. However, on this particular matter—where the Cabinet Secretary is genuinely and criminally involved in denying Kenyans their right and opportunity to produce and ensure that we have food security in this country— it is prudent and necessary that we take and deal with it as a moral issue. We need to demonstrate to Kenyans that, as a House, we can also stand with them. This is not a political but a moral issue. Hon. Speaker, I support the Motion. Thank you."
