    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Under Standing Order 90(1), an Hon. Member who makes a statement of fact must substantiate. The Leader of the Majority Party has just imputed that this House extorts members of the Cabinet. It does not matter that he is referring to some newspaper cutting that has not been tabled and we cannot properly refer to it. I urge that you direct the Leader of the Majority Party to retract those words and that they be extracted from the Hansard . Anyone listening might think that we are tacitly admitting and approving those falsities. Thank you."
