    "content": "I hasten to remind the House that the process envisaged under Article 152(7) of the Constitution is quasi-judicial in nature. It is an important component of accountability and oversight frameworks provided in the Constitution. It requires not only diligence and conscience but also greater thresholds of impartiality, fairness, integrity and independence in the performance of these functions."
