Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 10 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (1) by inserting the words “and timely” immediately after the words “provide sufficient” appearing in paragraph(c). The justification is that the amendment seeks to ensure that the public receives sufficient and timely information on variation of licence fees for purpose of decision making by the licensees."
