    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. The import of this amendment is two-pronged. Firstly, the reasons for cancellations were not exhaustive, so we are providing two other reasons why a licence can be cancelled. The other reason is to provide for the review committee. The original Bill did not provide for a review committee. It only provided for review without providing any review committee. That is why members of the public and the Committee have provided a review committee comprising people at the county level."
