Remember that the County Licensing (Uniform Procedures) Bill (Senate Bill No. 9 of 2022) is a uniform licensing Bill for counties by both the Senate and the National Assembly. To put it to effect, there is a need for the county to actualise it by way of legislation. If you leave a lacuna where the counties decide, we will have made a law that amounts to nothing. It was deemed necessary during public participation and we agreed with the participants."
