    "content": "Looking at the evidence before us today and listening to the submission by Hon. members, it is very obvious that right from the procurement, manufacture, distribution, warehousing and eventual delivery of the fertiliser, Hon. Linturi’s hands and feet are all over these documents. There is sufficient evidence to send him home. My plea to my friends, especially Hon. Members of Parliament from areas that practice agriculture, is to put aside our party positions and look at this as a critical national agenda and support the removal of Hon. Mithika Linturi as the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development, on the basis of his incompetence and lack of collective responsibility."
