    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the DRCs have a lot of powers. I wish to inform Members of this House that DRCs actually award contracts on specified roads. That is an example where the contracts were awarded on the powers of the minutes of the DRC. Secondly, I also note that potholes started forming immediately the contractors finished patching the road. That raises concern, not only to the hon. Member, but to me as the Assistant Minister. I intend to visit that road very soon."
