    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister for Higher Education, Science and Technology the following Question by Private Notice. (a) What is the Ministry’s policy on suspension of students from school and is there a provision for suspension for an indefinite period of time? (b) Is the Minister aware that the Principal of Meru School suspended Master Isaac Mutwiri, a Form III student on 25th July, 2011 and has since declined to allow the student back to school despite weekly reporting to the school by the student and his parents and, if so, what is the justification of the Principal’s conduct? (c) Could the Minister order the immediate reinstatement of the student and ensure that he sits the KCSE Index Number allocation examinations, which are currently ongoing in the school?"
