    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister is actually helping the Government to abdicate its responsibility in the manner in which he speaks. Is he in order to say that, that action will fuel more conflict when, in essence, it is their primary role to ensure that they resolve boundary disputes? This is a national problem. It is not actually a problem in Turkana alone. Is he in order not to be very clear in taking up his responsibility and help Kenyans resolve conflicts amicably?"
