    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I understand the feelings and concerns of Hon. Members because we are all affected. This is happening not only in Hon. Keynan's area, but throughout the country. I want to assure Hon. Members and the public that our police officers, especially investigative agencies, are well equipped. I want to give assurance that we have a forensic laboratory where DNA and other tests are undertaken. It is state-of-the-art, and if any member has the opportunity, they can visit. Our officers are well equipped and have the modern technology to carry out investigations. I challenge all of us to remember that security starts with you and me. Let us, as leaders and citizens, take responsibility for helping our police officers in such situations."
