    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, if you read the entirety of Section14 of the law, it actually provides for the kind of claims that can be put before the Commission. Hon. Omboko, the good teacher, should not look at a subsection of the law. He should go into its depth to understand its letter and spirit. I request him to look at what historical land injustice is. It is enumerated down there further. One cannot just wake up and make a claim. It has to meet certain parameters and standards. Therefore, that guides the number of years we can go down the line.
