    "content": "The healthcare delivery varies according to different regions in this country. It varies on the basis of the socio-economic development of different parts of this country. For example, Garissa General Hospital which is in my constituency, 15years ago, there was hardly one medical doctor there. It is good to note that today it has more than 15 medical doctors. It has a number of experts and consultants. If you look at the infrastructure in that hospital; whether through Government funding or donor assistance, you can see how the health sector has grown."
