    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I would like to join my colleagues in supporting the Vote of the Ministry of Medical Services. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is quite clear that there is a lot of work to be done in this Ministry. However, I would like to start my contribution by congratulating the KNH for a job well done. In spite of the fact that they have faced many challenges, if you visit the hospital, especially the casualty department, you will find marked improvement. It is up to the Ministry to ensure that it supports the KNH on a continuous basis. I know there are many problems in terms of management of the resources, particularly financial resources and accountability issues. I think the hospital needs continued support because of the immense challenges it faces. The support should be in availability of equipment. I hope the Minister has taken note of this. We will continuously revisit the issue of the KNH because they are doing a good job."
