    "content": "If you go further and see the current Act, where the qualifications are provided for the chairperson and the vice-chairperson, you will appreciate that there is even a member who is supposed to have qualification in law. So, there is already an avenue. I do not want to speak too much to it, except warn the House that we need to seriously reflect on this matter. We should allow open debate. Members should vigorously interrogate the proposals that are here, so that we do not have a repeat of every election which comes to this particular storyline of how we need to change the law and IEBC."
