    "content": "of ICT gurus within IEBC is welcome. We have seen crooks who are more techno-savvy than the commissioners, running our electoral systems from outside. They have the capacity to arrest results in the air, change them as they will, and send them to Bomas of Kenya, as corrected. This is a welcome idea. Finally, loyalty and fidelity to political parties is a welcome idea. Political parties have acted as the barometer for democracy and freedom since time immemorial. Therefore, we are not going to allow people to hop from one party to another, and there will be no repercussions. From our end in the Azimio la Umoja -One Coalition, people just walked out and joined Kenya Kwanza, but there was no recourse. They are sitting pretty and without talking to the people who brought them to this house to explain to them why they had to take such a drastic action. As we finalise this Bill, I hope they will be subjected to another round of elections so that people can convince us that they are the ones who sent them to Kenya Kwanza. I thank you, Hon.
