They are sent to go and buy the medicine in private pharmacies. This is something that the Ministry should look at very carefully and address it so that patients can get prescription, treatment and medication in the public facilities. Regarding the question of personnel, there is a shortage of doctors. The Minister said that we require about 20,000 doctors. That should be a priority. Most of those funds"
