"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, with regard to equity, we would like to know how much has gone into rural communities and the urban poor vis-Ă -vis the urban centres. The indication is that only 30 per cent of the budget has gone to the rural communities and the urban poor. Where is the 70 per cent? From the records, we are reliably informed that about 30 per cent of the budget goes to Kenyatta National Hospital and Moi Referral Hospital, Eldoret. The question is: âHow many Kenyans access those facilities?â"
