    "content": "With regard to funding programmes aimed at combating the HIV/AIDS pandemic, I believe that it should not be funded by donors. The affected Kenyans take the HIV/AIDS drugs on a daily basis. If the donors were to withdraw their support, do we expect the victims to die? We should fund that from our resources."
