"content": "I have said before on the Floor of this House that in this country, when you see a task never getting completed, it is because people want to eat from it. I want to encourage my brother, Hon. Owen Baya, to not just consider leaving it open because it will not be sorted. Every time you ask whether the issue of historical land injustices has been sorted, you will be told, “We are working on it”. This is because other people have their own interests. Some people will be interested in acquiring land they have discovered while others will be interested in selling land yet they have no title deed. You know how land in this country is, that is why we provided a timeline."
