    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Vote of this Ministry. In doing so, I want to restate that at Independence, the Government said that it wanted to eradicate poverty by enhancing economic development, eradicate disease by providing good health get rid of and ignorance by providing education. However, if you look consistently, since Independence, we have allocated minimal resources to health care. For example, this year, the two Ministries of health combined are getting only an allocation of 5.3 per cent of our total Budget compared to 20 per cent"
