Member that if you look at Sections 23 and 24 of the Sexual Offences Act, there are incidents of that kind that are covered except that it does not cover all incidents of sextortion. The terminology may be different. I also want to congratulate Hon. Esther. In terms of where it should be homed, probably, they would want to think of the Sexual Offences Act because it is an offence that relates to sex."
