    "content": "Regarding the establishment of the health facilities in every constituency, this is a very welcome move. I would urge from the outset that contractors and quantity surveyors should be involved so that the facilities that we are going to develop will be for now and the future. It is, therefore, important that this Budget should be given a faster speedier approval so that the money could also come to our constituencies. We remember in certain areas, we have been able to identify land for the construction of these facilities. Therefore, the sooner we have the money, the better."
