Murkomen was appointed the Cabinet Secretary for Roads, I celebrated by saying he would be one of the most competent Cabinet Secretaries we would have. He was a very active Member of Parliament, but he is sleeping on the job. He is sleeping on the job and laughing that he is making more money than any other Kenyan. He must wake up from sleep and work. He must shake himself or NTSA. It is a shame that we have a Government that cannot address simple things like road accidents. This Government must wake up. I am addressing this Government from the Floor of the House because it is the reason Kenyans are dying on the roads. I urge the Government to wake up and serve the people of Kenya. I support. Thank you."
