You will go to that library and access any book on earth. If you want to read about Leo Tolstoy, Alexander Dostoevsky or anybody else, you will find the books in the digital library. You will be allocated personal parking under the Parking Bay. For those of you who want to walk straight from your offices to this Chamber, there is a connecting tunnel from the building to here. You will just cross under Harambee Avenue into the Chamber to do your work without being rained on or facing any other inconvenience. Let us reject the ‘rejectionist philosophers on the streets of Nairobi’ and look forward to enjoying the facilities that the taxpayer has helped Parliament to have.
