There is no justification to do all the admissions in Nairobi. I think the Ministers, combined, can put their brains together and see whether they can decentralize that process. A college like the one in Garissa can absorb many students. But right now as it is, you admit students in Nairobi and many people in this country do not get the benefit of going to those colleges."
