    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. On the outset, I would like to note that although this Motion is about the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation, it is still in tandem with that of the Ministry of Medical Services because the two Ministries are closely correlated. The sort of competition between the two Ministries has brought the best in Beth and Peter. This is because each one of them and their bureaucrats have attempted to do the best in the circumstances in order to appear to be doing the best. In the process, I believe they have done the best."
