    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I thank the Cabinet Secretary for a detailed response to this Question. The Cabinet Secretary has indicated clearly that she has been asked by the National Treasury to rationalise the budget of the Ministry. What is the Cabinet Secretary doing in that exercise of rationalisation of the budget? A lot of money is spent on services that ordinarily should be devolved and yet, important assignments for the national Government like the case of intern doctors are given lip service. What are you doing? Can you state to this House and the people of Kenya specifically, what you are doing in terms of rationalising the budget of the Ministry? Thank you."
