I beg to ask to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Health the following Question: Could the Cabinet Secretary— (a) Clarify whether the Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral & Research Hospital (KUTRRH) imposes high deposits before attending to patients and that the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) cover caters for very minimal amounts as compared to other facilities such as Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) and Kiambu Level 5 Hospital?
