On the issue of risk allowance to drivers, I think that needs to be determined by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) and then the Ministry will get guidance. On the issue of payment to Community Health Promoters (CHPs), the national Government and county governments have signed an inter-governmental participating agreement, whereby 50 per cent of the stipend is paid by the national Government and the other 50 per cent is paid by county governments. I want to confirm that the national Government is paying the stipend to the CHPs."
