    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am rising purely on a matter of procedure. It is the procedure and tradition of this House that when an hon. Member tables documents, the first thing that the Chair does is to satisfy itself. Mr. Waititu has tabled a map. He has referred to a plot within that map. He has tabled a search certificate and a certificate of land which he has purported to be the property of Raila Odinga. Surely, Kenyans want to know whether their own Prime Minister is involved in the culture of impunity and corruption to the extent that poor Kenyans were conned by his company. Make the determination and tell us whether it is authentic before we proceed."
