Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to imply that the Committee is micromanaging the Ministry and yet, the Report has already been adopted by this House? So, it ceased to be the property of the Committee. This House adopted the Report. So, is it in order for the Assistant Minister to insinuate that the Committee is micromanaging the Ministry when, the question asked is why the Ministry has not complied with a report which has already been adopted by the House?"
