    "content": "I can now see the Deputy Speaker in the Chair. With due consideration, and having looked at the important function that this Fund is going to play, I fully support the Bill. I also applaud the mover of the Bill, the Leader of the Majority Party, Hon. Ichungw’ah, for bringing the Bill to the House. It is very timely considering we are in the rainy season and we are likely to witness floods which may cause destruction. Whenever you hear floods, you cannot exonerate water-borne diseases like Cholera which are likely to emerge. Therefore, having a fund is important. I support the Bill. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
