    "content": "I have also looked at the amendment being moved by the Committee, in which they have said rules and regulations, since they have common applications all over, will be deleted. However, we allow court orders to remain as they are. If the Committee amendments are carried, I will drop my amendment. This is because my apprehension and that of others will have been covered. You cannot subject court orders to the process of statutory instruments as required in the Act. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady."
